Will I be notified once my order is received?

Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order has been collected from our PO Box and processed into our system at our office.

What sort of cards do you grade?

Vault Grading specializes in grading a wide range of sports and TCG cards up to 55pt. Additionally, we offer an encapsulation service for cards that fall outside these categories. While these cards are not graded or authenticated, they are securely encased in our premium slabs for superior protection compared to mag-lock holders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept debit cards, afterpay PayPal, with plans to introduce additional popular payment methods in the near future.

What are the shipping costs for?

The shipping cost covers the shipping back to you.

Can I drop off my order in person?

At this time, we only accept orders sent via mail to our PO Box. However, as our company grows, this may change in the future.

How should I ship my order?

To ensure the safety of your cards during transit, we recommend placing each card in a protective sleeve and grading holder. Secure the stack with a rubber band or tape, then wrap it in bubble wrap before placing it in a bubble mailer or box, depending on the size of your order. Additionally, we strongly advise using tracking and insured shipping to ensure your cards are secure and accounted for throughout their journey to us.
