What thickness cards can you grade?
We can grade cards in a range of standard thicknesses to accommodate most modern and premium collectibles. This includes 35pt, 55pt, 130pt, and 180pt stock.
Where can I submit my custom art for my order?
You can send it directly to info@vaultgrading.com.au, please ensure the art is 68mm x 20mm for both front and rear. If only one art is submitted, the same art will be used on both sides. If you don't submit art, art will be decided by Vault.
When will I get my order?

Depending what grading service you selected, your order is processed within the business days associated and sent back to you as soon as its completed.
Can I drop off my submission in person?

While we are located in Sydney, we don't accept in person drop offs at our location. You can however drop off or do submissions in person at our partner store Leo Games. You can find their store locations on Google.
What size comics can you grade?

Currently we are able to grade comics from both Golden Age and Modern. In the future, we will look into expanding the available sizes we can grade.
